We cordially invite you to participate in the scientific conference devoted to terrestrial isopods, also called woodlice, pill bugs or rolly-pollies! After previous symposia and the last online meeting, organized by colleagues from Ghent, Belgium, we decided to hold a fully face-to-face meeting. The 12th International Symposium on Terrestrial Isopod Biology (12ISTIB) will be held at Faculty of Science, Palacký University Olomouc, the Czech Republic, from Sunday, July 9 to Thursday, July 13, 2023.

As with previous conferences, 12ISTIB will begin with a welcome reception on Sunday evening. There will be three days of single-session meetings beginning Monday morning, interrupted on Tuesday by full-day tour. 12ISTIB will officially close on Thursday evening at the Farewell Party.
